• Manage and lead Utility Relocation Work and New Infrastructure works on Mechanical and Electrical Work activities for MRSB to meet client and stake holder’s expectation.
• Review Detail Design and Engineering Calculation and Drawing submitted by M&E Consultants and to ensure the design are based on approved concept, budget and authorities’ (SEB, TMB & SACOFA) latest guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure conformity to all UAs specifications and standards are followed by Contractors.
• Lay out URW Departmental action plan and road map from pre-contract stage, construction stage and post construction stage.
• Lead and coordinate Consultants with UAs for preparation of Detail Engineering Drawing.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing System, or any related fields.
• Minimum of 20 years of working experience in a similar role.

  • Support the Planning Manager and Project team with information to execute the project in time and within the budget allocated. This information is used by Project Managers in taking decisions for the smooth execution of the project.
  • Undertake periodic updates and revise the schedules to meet the targets.
  • Preparation of Project Schedule covering the entire scope and within defined timelines.
  • Plan for the budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.

  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assisting Head, Project Integration Management in planning and monitoring.
  • Coordinate and attend meeting with IT Service Provider, Contractor and Consultant for IT service provider to effectively plan, manage, solve, integrate and deliver the system in order to meet with client requirements and the agreed operational requirements for functionality and quality.
  • Monitor and coordinate with Construction Management, Work Package Contractor and Resident Engineering Consultant in ensuring the project data are uploaded in PIMS according to project progress.

Job Summary

• Lead and provide technical support to the management of project risk through the facilitation of regular risk reviews at the contract and project level.
• Provide cost and schedule risk modeling, prepare detailed project risk reports as required for the reporting cycle, and are responsible for taking an active role in the continuous improvement of the risk management function.
• Setting up and running of detailed quantitative cost and schedule risk models and the interpretation of analysis results.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Construction Management, or any related fields.

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of working experience in a similar role.
