Job Summary

  • To establish and implement the project control process and system and lead the development of cost management, planning, and progress monitoring procedures.
  • To provide project management support in the development of the work breakdown structure, activities, logic, resources, and progress of the integrated project schedule, i.e., baseline.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or any related fields.
  • Minimum of 20 to 25 years of working experience in a similar role.

Job Summary

  • Lead and provide technical support to the management of project risk through the facilitation of regular risk reviews at the contract and project level.
  • Provide cost and schedule risk modeling, prepare detailed project risk reports as required for the reporting cycle, and are responsible for taking an active role in the continuous improvement of the risk management function.
  • Setting up and running of detailed quantitative cost and schedule risk models and the interpretation of analysis results.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Construction Management, or any related fields.

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of working experience in a similar role.

  • Job Summary

    • Assist in compilation of detailed supporting documents and information required for Technical & Financial Proposal.
    • Preparation of draft Project Quality Plan and Work Flow Process.
    • Check and review on the progression of project cost by Consultants from Conceptual Design Stage (“CAD”) to Detail Engineering Design (“DED”) for individual works package contract.
    • Preparation on draft pre-qualification document of tenderers.

  • Job Summary

    • To assist the Head of Project and Construction Management (HPCM) in developing and coordinating schedules from multiple contractors and incorporating the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
    • To identify and verify interfacing works programs are compatible and realistic.
    • Liaises with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates.
    • To review and advise design inputs, and engineering drawings and advise Consultants on decisions related to electrical engineering principles application to operation problems for all Utility Relocation and M&E related Works conforming to Utility Authorities Requirements and Standards.

  • Job Summary

    • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality Management System (QMS).
    • To receive, issue, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondences, reports, technical submittals, and all other Project documents from/to the Client and relevant stakeholders.
    • To update the drawing register from all the consultants. Index, maintain, and archive all Project records generated during construction.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Admin / Office Management.
    • Minimum of 3 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma) working experience in a similar role.
  • Responsibilities

    • Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
    • To assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • CGPA of 2.5 & above & age must be 26 years old & below.

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge in NavisWorks is a compulsory, and basic knowledge in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit & AutoCAD is essential.

  • Job Summary

    • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality Management System (QMS).
    • Act as the focal point for PMC’s document management at PMO, between PMO and Consultants Offices during pre-construction, construction & post construction and between PMO, PSO and Contractors during construction and post-construction.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Admin / Office Management Certificate or SPM .

    • Minimum of  0 – 1 year (Dip) / 5 years (Cert / SPM) of working experience in a similar role.
