• Provide competent resources, adequate infrastructure and a conducive work environment to attain conformity to requirements.

• Take appropriate actions on risks and opportunities that can affect the conformity of services and products.

• Enhance the project delivery performance through continual improvement in business processes and innovation.


This Policy shall be communicated to and understood by all employees and affected parties. Top management shall review the Policy at defined intervals to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
