Concerns that may be reported through the Company’s designated reporting channels include:
- Bribery and corruption
- Fraud
- Abuse of authority
- Conflicts of interest
- Theft or misuse of Company assets
- Breaches of Company policies
- Any other unethical or unlawful conduct
Confidentiality and Whistleblower Protection
All reports will be handled confidentially and may be submitted anonymously. Whistleblowers who report concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation, and all reports will be assessed fairly and objectively.
